Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MT33 ("MT33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://mt33.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the MT33 Platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of MT33 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a Player on the MT33 Platform, used to access games, manage funds, and receive communications.
• "Balance" — the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives awarded by MT33 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed or as otherwise requested by MT33.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of transactions on the MT33 Platform.
• "Platform" — the MT33 website, mobile site, and any associated applications or interfaces operated at https://mt33.cam.
• "RTP" — Return to Player; the theoretical long-term payout percentage of a game, published on the Platform for each game title.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player may request MT33 to suspend their Account for a defined or indefinite period.

To register and maintain an active Account on MT33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. MT33 will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to open or maintain an Account.
2. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not on behalf of a third party, corporation, or entity.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
4. You must not already hold an existing active Account with MT33. One account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of MT33, or a close family member of any such individual.
6. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where MT33 is not permitted to offer services.

When registering for an MT33 Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. MT33 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. If MT33 identifies that a Player holds multiple Accounts — whether directly or through associated devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household members — MT33 reserves the right to close the duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

MT33 may request identity verification at any stage of Account activity. Required documents typically include a valid national identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of address dated within three months, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

MT33 accepts deposits via the following verified payment methods available in Malaysia:

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player Account tier. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the same name as the MT33 Account holder.

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. MT33 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to MT33's discretion.

All transactions on the MT33 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market exchange rate at time of deposit. MT33 assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

MT33 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, birthday bonuses, refer-a-friend credits, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal conversion is permitted.
2. Standard wagering requirement on MT33 bonuses is 18x to 25x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The specific requirement for each offer is stated on the individual promotion page.
3. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who open multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and winnings voided.
5. MT33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and accepted.
6. Birthday bonuses are credited to the player's Account automatically based on the date of birth provided at registration and the player's VIP tier at the time. Tier levels are Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688).
7. The refer-a-friend bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral is credited upon the referred player completing registration and their first qualifying deposit of at least RM50. Self-referrals are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

All games available on the MT33 Platform — including live casino tables, RNG-based slot games, virtual sports, and the MT33 sportsbook — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or on the relevant betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

All RNG-based games on MT33 are independently certified by recognised testing laboratories for randomness and fairness. Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-term return values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results for any individual session.

Sports betting on MT33 covers events including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, Formula 1, and other major sporting events. Odds are subject to change up to and during live in-play betting. All confirmed wagers are final at the odds accepted by the system at time of placement.

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of result discrepancy, MT33 will use the most widely recognised official source to determine outcome. Live in-play bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided and stakes returned.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software failure, or display error — MT33 reserves the right to void the affected round. Where provable game state data exists, MT33 will endeavour to restore the session to the last valid state. MT33's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MT33 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening multiple Accounts or assisting others in opening Accounts for the purpose of exploiting promotions or circumventing Platform restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated unfair advantage in multiplayer games or sports betting.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MT33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions through VPN, proxy, or other technical means to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

MT33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and are firmly opposed to problem gambling in any form. MT33 operates in accordance with responsible gambling principles and provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the request.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win/loss position.

MT33 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

MT33 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. Personal data is stored on secure servers and is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties except as required by law, for payment processing purposes, or for identity verification by authorised KYC service providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MT33 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.

MT33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". MT33 will endeavour to notify Players of scheduled maintenance downtime where practicable.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. MT33 is not responsible for losses incurred through gameplay. Players accept all financial risk associated with wagering activities and are encouraged to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

MT33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that a Player is under the age of 21 or is otherwise ineligible to hold an Account.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at MT33 staff or other players.
• Detection of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual.

Upon Account closure, MT33 will process any verifiable real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player's verified payment method after completing any outstanding AML or KYC review. MT33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, MT33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the MT33 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the MT33 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which MT33 is licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and MT33, the Player should first contact MT33's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. MT33 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration as per the procedural rules of the relevant gaming authority.

MT33's decisions on game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account status are final, subject only to the review procedures available through the licensing authority under which MT33 operates.
